This manhole stack is in the middle of "ghost" stream (gully). The ghost stream appears when it rains.
It assaults this manhole stack. On sunny days it is just a very small stream.

Cover shot. The stack can be seen
in the middle of the small stream.

The evidence of attack from stormwater.
There is a crack in it.

Being undermined

217128 (Fish Barrier) (N39.0305333, W77.00635)

This dam is called Burnt Mills Dam.

The height is approximately 40 feet. No fish can go upstream from here.
However, there are some natural fish barriers downstream from this dam.
So, even if we remove this dam the effectiveness of the fish barrier removal may not be so significant.

Burnt Mills Dam. A white dot on the dam is a human.

This dam is silted up.
