Seth Johnson
Seth brings over a decade of experience in nonprofit development to the Anacostia Watershed Society. A former volunteer English teacher in Haiti, he has built his career on connecting people to meaningful causes and fostering strong, mission-driven partnerships.
As a resident of both Capitol Hill and Anacostia, Seth cares deeply about the health and vibrancy of the communities surrounding the river. He brings a thoughtful, relationship-centered approach to philanthropy and storytelling, helping advance AWS’s mission through fundraising and strategic communications. Outside of work, Seth shares his home with his dog and cat and can often be found playing competitive tennis across D.C.
