Join the Anacostia Watershed Society at this year’s Anacostia River Festival for free canoe tours and more fun! AWS will be at the festival with our canoes and freshwater mussel friends and there will be a plethora of partners providing fun family-friendly activities, music, and food!

• 3 PM – 3:30 PM
• 3:30 PM – 4 PM
• 4 PM – 4:30 PM
• 4:30 PM – 5 PM
• 5 PM – 5:30 PM

Note:

• All tours are weather dependent. We will proceed in light rain, but may need to cancel if there is heavy rain, lightning, or strong wind in the forecast.
• If you are sick or exhibiting symptoms associated with COVID-19 (such as fever, chills, cough, sore throat, difficulty breathing, loss of taste or smell, etc.), please do not come to the event and consider joining us another time.
