Watershed Wednesday - Legacies of Black Culture and Resilience: The Patuxent and Anacostia Rivers

Join Anacostia Watershed Society, Akiima Price, and Fred Tutman for an evening of community and conversation about the Black legacies and futures of both the Anacostia and Patuxent Rivers. The conversation will be moderated by Lindsay Allen, AWS’ Community Outreach Manager. Light snacks and drinks will be provided.

You can enter the main parking lot on Baltimore Avenue or Upshur Street. Additional parking can be found at the lot across the Upshur Street entrance to the office. In case of inclement weather, we will pivot to indoors.
