The District of Columbia has some of the nation's most robust environmental programs to protect our parks, streams, and rivers in the Anacostia Watershed. While residents get to see the local results of such programs, they also benefit the wider Chesapeake Bay! Come and hear from District Department of Energy and Environment’s Katherine Antos, a longtime champion of the Anacostia River and Chesapeake Bay, about how the good work we're doing here is spreading to the region.
Many thanks to Steel Plate in Brookland for hosting us!
